What is Black Friday?

Black Friday is now the biggest shopping day of the year in the UK. We inherited this sales bonanza from our American friends back in 2013, which is why it always falls the day after Thanksgiving. Black Friday has become the new top shopping day for Christmas presents, as people start preparing well in advance.

The name originally comes from the violence and traffic accidents caused by the sheer number of people heading out to the high street to snatch up mega deals. But don’t worry, a lot of shopping can be done online from the comfort of your own home!

Black Friday very quickly changed from a single day of sales to a whole four day weekend, linking Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals together. And this year it’s expected to be even crazier than ever.

Why? Well, ManoMano has prepared some incredible deals for you 😉
